Victoria Crane Service Get a quote

Terms of use

Plain terms for a referral service: what we do, what the operators do and what neither of us promises. Last updated October 30, 2026.

What this service is

Victoria Crane Service is a quote-request service. You describe a lift; we pass the request to independent crane, boom truck and rigging companies that may quote it. We do not own cranes or equipment, employ operators or riggers, perform lifts, or act as a party to the work.

By using this website, the quote form, the WhatsApp or email buttons, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not send a request.

The operators are independent

Every operator who contacts you is a separate business. Each one is responsible for its own quote, price, lift plan, equipment, crew, licences, certifications and insurance, and for the work it does. If you hire an operator, the contract, the invoice and any dispute are between you and that operator.

We do not vouch for any operator. Before you hire one, ask for its operators' certifications, a certificate of insurance and an itemized quote. What to check before you hire

What we do not promise

Availability

  • That any operator will respond, take the job or arrive by a given date
  • A response time, including for urgent or same-day lifts
  • That every operator covers every town we list

Price

  • Any price, range or saving. We publish no rates
  • That a quote will stay the same once an operator sees the site

Outcome

  • The quality, safety or result of any operator's work
  • That a request on this site leads to a booking

Information on this site

The guides, the lift sizer and the descriptions of rules are general information. They are not engineering, legal or safety advice. The sizer shows geometry, not a load chart: it does not tell you what a crane can lift. The operator who plans and runs your lift is responsible for the lift plan, the crane's capacity and the rigging.

Rules change and depend on the site, city and kind of work. Check the current requirements with the operator, the site owner and the authority that applies.

Any estimate or quote you receive comes from an operator and is not an offer from us.

What we ask of you

Give accurate details about the load, the ground and the site, and say what is overhead or nearby. A wrong weight or a missed power line can make a quote, and a lift, unsafe. Do not use the service to send requests you do not mean to follow up, or details that belong to someone else without their permission.

How we handle your details is in the privacy notice.

Liability and changes

This service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for what an operator does or does not do, for delays, for loss or damage during a lift, or for decisions you make based on the information here. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under law that cannot be limited.

We may change these terms and will update the date above when we do. Questions about them: email us or message us on WhatsApp.
