Privacy notice
What we collect when you ask for a crane quote, who gets it and how to have it deleted. Last updated October 30, 2026.
Who this covers
Victoria Crane Service is a quote-request service. We do not own cranes or perform lifts. We take your request and pass it to independent crane, boom truck and rigging companies who may quote you. This notice covers the details you give us through this website, by WhatsApp or by email. See also the terms of use.
What the quote form collects
About the lift
- The kind of service you need
- What you are lifting, its weight, the radius and the set height
- Whether you want rigging and a signal person
- The job site (town, address or landmark), ground, access, anything overhead, dates and duration
About you
- Your name and, if you give them, company, phone number and email address
- Anything you add in the notes box
Sent along automatically
- The page you submitted the form from, the first page you landed on in that visit and the site you came from, so we can see which pages bring requests
What we do with it
We use your request for one purpose: to connect you with local operators who can quote the job. The form is sent to us by email. We then share the request, including your contact details, with independent operators who take this kind of work in your area, so that they can contact you and quote. Those operators are separate businesses. Once they have your details, they handle them under their own practices, and any contract you make is with them.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use them for anything unrelated to your request.
Services that handle your data
FormSubmit. The form is delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-to-email service. It processes what you type in order to pass it to us by email.
WhatsApp. If you choose the WhatsApp button, your message goes through WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy. We see your number and what you send.
Email. If you choose the email button, your mail program sends the message and we receive it with your address.
Fonts. The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.
Analytics. This site does not currently use analytics cookies. If that changes, this notice will say so and name the tool.
Asking for deletion or a copy
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Use the email button below, or WhatsApp, and say which request you are making. We can delete what we hold. An operator who already received your request keeps its own copy, so ask that company directly.
Children, security and changes
This service is for people and businesses arranging crane work. It is not aimed at children.
Email and messaging services are not perfectly private, so avoid sending anything sensitive. Crane details, photos of the set-up area and a way to reach you are enough.
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and its date. Back to the quote request
